How to use poly nail gel:

This product is worth the price I’ve never done my nails before and obviously these ones are a little rough but will keep practicing like all of the other reviews say. Don’t put too much too coat on and make sure to push out the bubbles before curing the nail. And be generous with product if it’s too thin they could break (:

Good for beginners
The kit itself is nice and you’re set up for a while. It’s hard to get used to. Can’t tell how much was product failing or me not doing it correctly haha

This kit is amazing! I’m so impressed with all the different colors (like so many different colors) in this set. This is great for beginners, which I am. It comes all the tools you need, even the nail prep tools before you get started using the polygel. The little UV lamp is nice and petite, so it doesn’t take up much room to store. As far as the quality of the poly gel, I don’t have much experience with them so I can’t compare it to any other product, but am very happy with it. It was strong and doesn’t break or chip easily and again, so many colors!

I like it as a beginner
I like the color range. Can be kind of transparent if not built up correctly. I do 2 layers of the poly gel to get a solid color. The nails themselves do pretty well and are durable if you do them correctly. I recommend getting a drill to make removal easy. They won’t damage your nails if you drill them off soak them in acetone and you gotta be patient and not rush it

Great Product!
This kit worked very well! I am no professional by any means and I was easily able to understand the application process and execute fairly well. Took a couple of forms to get in the grove but after you get the hang of it goes pretty quick. I would say that the lamp could be a little stronger I found myself curing for longer than recommended time. All in all very good product, would buy again and have recommended to multiple peers!

Not too bad this being my first try, it did take me about 5 hours, we will see how they hold. I wanted to be precise on both hands which is why it took me so long. I hope to perfect them going forward and take less time. Great product and comes with a lot of stuff!

This polygel kit is everything you need and more. The kit is full of goodies that will allow you to complete full nail extensions multiple times over. The array of colors is very pigmented and gorgeous to say the least. This kit also provide topcoat, nail lamp, rhinestones, stickers, nail prep, etc. I feel if you are looking for the perfect kit that includes EVERYTHING, then definitely give this kit a try. With this kit there is nothing that you will need to purchase separately. The polygel cures in the expected 60 seconds timeframe and for some colors that were extremely pigmented, I cured for 90 seconds. I highly recommend this kit if you are a polygel beginner or polygel lover, I promise this one is it.

Poly Extensions – Not for the Weak!
Watch youtube videos and tutorials before you attempt poly extensions. The results are amazing, but you need to master the techniques. This is a fantastic set for anyone new to poly extensions. You get 32 colors and literally everything you need to start doing your nails. This all-in-one kit does contain a UV lamp, but I find that my stronger, bigger, UV lamp yields better results. If you are new to poly extension, this lamp will be fine until you figure out if you want to invest in a better light. The quality of the products themselves are exactly what I expected and worked beautifully.

Very easy to use and take your time setting the nail is my advice. There is not a time limit on adjusting the goo to fit the nail so play with it until you’re satisfied. Work with less before adding more product.

This set comes with everything you need to get started, and, a UV light. The set contains 32 different colored poly gels, one nail file, one top coat, one base coat polish, one applicator tool, and tons more.I loved everything that came in this set and the quality. I am unsure if it’s because I’m a beginner or not, but I couldn’t get the nails to form a proper shape nor get them to last long.Other than the minor issue I mentioned, I like this set and will continue to try to apply them properly.This set is amazing. Great bundle for you money
There was so much that came in this box for such an affordable price. The poly gel and forms were so easy to use for beginners like me and my nails came out looking just as good as if I went to a nail shop! Plus all the detail and decoration things that came in the box really made my nails look professional! Also the UV nail dryer really comes in handy even when just painting my regular fingernails or toes because it really speeds up the drying process. Especially if you use the gel top coat that came in the box on the top of your regular polish, drys in seconds. Great products!

This product arrived as described. My fiance really enjoys this kit. She has been doing her own nails for years and wanted something that would be easier than powder acrylic (whatever that means) and less time-consuming. Although she prefers using alcohol to the solution provided she will most likely order again from this company.

First time using polygel and I’m soooooo in love, did mine and my sisters nails! Although I recommend using rubbing alcohol for a slip solution, it runs less into the cuticle and doesnt make the polygel runnier. You get so much for such a good price!

I really like this product. It is easy to use and I LOVE how it comes with everything to start doing poly gel nails. I feel like poly gel nails do take a little time and practice to get good at, but I am enjoying being able to have nail extensions at home without having to pay nail salon prices. I really enjoy the fact that this kit comes with so many different colors and the basics for beginners. I will say the only thing I did not really like was the UV lamp that came with the kit, but since I had a lamp at home it was not a big deal.

Modelones Poly Gel Nail Kit
This polygel kit comes with 32 colors, a mini nail lamp, the base coat, top coat, and a 15 mL bottle of slip solution. It also includes the dual forms, nail forms, a brush and a spatula. The colors in this kit are great shades for fall, and winter as well. You also get a set of rhinestones, glitters, striping tape, and french tip tape. The possibilities are endless, you can do so much with this kit! The poly gel itself is really smooth coming out of the tube, and is really workable. The dual forms are good quality, and although it does take a few times to get the hang of this, once you understand the process, doing poly gel can be quite simple.

Great results AFTER hours of practice
Okay this product is something else. I think I love it, but have mixed feelings. Here is why. It is NOT as easy as the video makes it out to be, BUT after four sets and A TON of hours. My friend and I got it figured out, sort of. It definitely is not a first time perfect product. There is a learning curve. Here are some suggestions. First, you definitely need and want an electric file. Second you want a partner. You can do it yourself, but a partner makes it A LOT faster and easier. It’s not hard it’s just not easy. It will take some practice

I love this kit. Comes with plenty to do anything you can think of. EXCEPT clear clips to go with tip molds. It’s my suggestion that for forming nails not to use too much slip solution, and don’t overwork the gel. It quickly becomes gooey and doesn’t hold shape for long.

This is an amazing cat! The value is incredible. Honestly, I’m just so glad to have a really big light because the poly job can take a bit to cure I found. I had never used poly gel or ever had pigtails honestly. I really just wanted to have a better look to my nails when they’ve been pretty weak. Keep in mind, I have never sculpted nails. This was pretty easy for me. I used nail forms because I just wasn’t having luck getting the dual forms to fit my fingers. It was still pretty easy to sculpt on the nail forms though. It comes with primer and slip, but I ended up using alcohol instead of the slip. It was really oily…it also had leaked.
